I know how generous the people of Bromsgrove are – you showed us that generosity at Christmas, with over 200 children receiving toys you had donated to us – I’m asking the Bromsgrove community to be generous again. This time it is to ensure that all the children of Bromsgrove are able to participate in their education. We are donation point for the BBC’s Give a Laptop scheme and whilst we have already received some, these were allocated immediately. I have schools requesting laptops or tablets so that they can enable children in their school to attend lessons. So my plea is, if you have a laptop that you think we can use and you don’t need please drop it off to us and we will make sure it gets a good home. Let’s make sure every child of school age in Bromsgrove is able to access their education!
