The supermarket can be different every week, dependent on the donations we have received from local supermarkets and the fruit and vegetables we have purchased from WasteKnot, another great organisation trying to prevent food waste. It’s amazing the amount of food across the world that never even gets to see a plate, let alone be scraped off afterwards.
