Life at NewStarts is ever-changing and ever-challenging, fortunately I am privileged to work with the greatest team ever (and no they haven't paid me to say that). Outside of NewStarts I spend my time walking, reading and crafting, and currently studying for an MBA at Aston University, not all at the same time, although I might try that one day.
I am passionate about both social and climate justice and finding innovative solutions that beset society.

Andrew is a TEDx speaker, accredited coach and has 20 years's HR experience. In his spare time; he has his own leadership development business, serving corporate clients, he is a dad of 5 children, including 3 boys under 8, which means, he's also a triage nurse, maid, general slave, cook, cleaner, war zone reporter and negotiator, health and safety enforcer and over-rated comedian, cracking awful jokes which no-one laughs at.
